In our restaurant Stortorget, located in the courtyard, we serve breakfast, large conference lunches, and dinners – with the feeling of sitting in a courtyard in the Old Town. Here, you can enjoy a calm and cozy atmosphere while the hustle and bustle of Stockholm City and the fantastic Hötorget are just outside the door.

We are looking for a Front Office Manager (temporary) for Scandic Klara.

As Front Office Manager, you are the one who motivates, drives, develops, and engages everyone in the team to take significant responsibility for improving work methods and service as the world changes. What does the role involve?

In this role as Front Office Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Front Office, where you have overall responsibility for ensuring our guests receive world-class service from check-in to check-out. This means ensuring that you and your team always keep the guest in focus.

You lead and develop the operation and employees based on the company's strategy, goals, and local conditions. You have a passion for service, and through your leadership, you inspire and motivate your employees and create the conditions for you to together create outstanding guest experiences. As Front Office Manager, you are also part of the daily operations and are responsible for planning and staffing based on the needs of the operation.

You view changes positively and have the ability to lead others through them, are flexible, and easily see solutions and create relationships. You are a leader who sees it as natural to be present at various times and days and has a holistic perspective in everything you do. You have previous experience leading others in a similar role, as well as relevant education and experience in the service industry. You have good administrative skills, experience in financial planning and follow-up, and are comfortable working with various systems. Additionally, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Information about the position:

The position is a full-time temporary employment until the end of February 2027.
